About CineNest

CineNest is a small independent listing desk for film and anime. Two editors, one shared calendar of release windows, and a simple rule: we only write about what we can verify from studio slates, festival programmes and official streaming announcements.

Everything you read here is original editorial text written by our staff — synopses, ratings and scheduling notes are our own summaries, not copies of press releases. We do not host videos, sell tickets or ask for an account. The site exists to answer one question in under two minutes: is this worth your evening?

How a title gets listed

A title appears on the desk only after it has a confirmed release window or a confirmed platform premiere. Unannounced rumours stay in the notes drawer. Ratings are editorial scores on a 10-point scale, averaged from our two reviewers; they are opinions, labelled as such.

Sponsored placements and ads

The site carries advertising to keep the lights on. Advertisements are served by third-party ad networks and are visually separated from editorial content. Sponsored listings, when they run, are marked and never appear inside the ranked highlight grid.
